This activity is part of Action Plan 2003-05 of the INFAL and is geared to THE ENTIRE group of driving of the network selected during the 2º Assembly, this is: members of the Executive Committee, the Coordinators, and the Facilitators of each of the 3 Technical Groups. For each institution a full member should participate and at least one substitute.

The updating has as a purpose to organize and to coordinate the work between all the levels of driving of the network, to align the efforts to execute the action plan and to register the tasks/initiatives carried out at the different levels, with a view to mobilizing the participation of the majority of the laboratories member of the INFAL.

The content includes the training in the management of the available tools in the INFAL´s website --such as: database of the survey, subscription to the technical groups, virtual meetings-- and the analysis of the procedure establishing the actions and responsibilities of INFAL members for communication purposes. Individual and group exercises will be carried out.

The updating will be developed in 3 blocks. The content of each block has an approximate duration of 3 hours and can be carried out during several days in schedule to election of the participant (it is not “in live”). Instead the group exercises of each block will be carried out “in live”, in schedule to be agree by the participants. The period to carry out the updating is 3 weeks --of 25 October until 12 November including-- with one week devoted to every module.
