| Campaña de Educación Sobre Seguridad Alimentaria |
| La Campaña de Seguridad Alimentaria en la Unión Europea es una iniciativa de la
Dirección General de Sanidad y Protección de los Consumidores de la Comisión Europea
que se desarrolla simultáneamente en los quince Estados miembros desde 1998.
En España se lleva a cabo bajo el lema ¡Pon de tu parte! y está liderada por el
Consorcio para la Información al Consumidor sobre Seguridad Alimentaria, integrado por
la Federación Española de Industrias de Alimentación y Bebidas (FIAB) y por las principales
asociaciones de consumidores: CEACCU, UCE y UNAE.
Con el objetivo de formar a los ciudadanos para que adquieran hábitos de consumo
saludables y sean conscientes de la importancia de su papel dentro de la cadena
alimentaria, la Campaña ha editado abundante material informativo y didáctico que
